Our Objective

“To make quality education accessible to the students coming from different regions and different strata of the society and to provide the same to them as per their individual choice and inclination at affordable prices along with the enhancement of the quality of life management system, keeping pace with the technological pace of the time. With this aim in view, RPIIT Campus has come up in open and lush green environment in the vicinity of Karnal city on NH-1, just about 100 Km. away from Delhi.

We emphasize on imparting excellent education to our students in an encouraging environment; we pay equal attention to the all-round development of our students. We provide them ample opportunities for giving expression to their inner literary creative and artistic talents, as well as, sportsmanship. R.P. Inderaprastha Institute of Medical Sciences, Karnal is running under the aegis of R.P Educational Trust (RPET). RPIIMS strives for providing its progeny, the generation of students, with a distinct and unique combination of academic excellence and professional growth. RPIIMS prepare skilled health worker to achieve the goals of national health mission with an emphasis on rural health in particular.

RPIIMS has trained, competent and highly dedicated faculty to impart theoretical as well as practical training to the students in various courses. It is providing job-oriented education to the students so as to equip them with requisite qualification and training for the same. RPIIMS provide the training to the students to enable them to provide accessible, equitable, affordable and quality healthcare. It is a campus with multiple choices in Nursing, Physiotherapy.

R.P. Institute of Pharmacy

R.P. Institute of Pharmacy, Karnal is providing career-oriented education to the students so as to equip them with requisite qualification and training. This will enable them either to take up a gainful employment or start their own enterprise and become self-sufficient. The Institute has adequate infrastructure to cater to the needs of courses being offered including a full-fledged Library and Computer lab.

The Institute has a good rapport with other Organizations and sponsors their students of various courses for training to these reputed organizations. B. Architecture

Eligibility criteria:

1) 10+2 from a recognized Board with Mathematics as a subject of examination with at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) aggregate marks.

Or

Candidates with three years Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/ State Governments with 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) in aggregate.

2) In order to pass NATA Test, a candidate must obtain a minimum of 40% marks(i.e. 80/200).

Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category i.e. SC category) in the above subjects taken together.

B.Pharm. from AICTE approved Institute or from UGC recognized University with 60% or a minimum CGPA of 6.75 on a 10 points scale in grades the University approves for its 1st division. GPAT qualified candidate fulfilling the above criteria will be given preference.

Eligibility criteria:

1) Bachelor’s Degree or Post-graduate Degree in any discipline from this University or from any recognized University with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate (45% marks in case of SC/ST)

2) 5% relaxation in minimum eligibility condition will be given to blind/physically and visually handicapped candidates.

3) There shall be no rounding off the percentage of marks from 49.5% and up to 50% for the purpose of eligibility.

Infrastructure

Academic Block

All lecture theaters are air-conditioned, equipped with overhead projectors, cordless microphones, speakers & Wi-Fi etc. The computer lab offers printing, copying and scanning facilities.

Seminar Hall

Our Institute has a big seminar hall where all activities & meeting are held. Seminar Hall is air-conditioned and has all the modern facilities like LCD Projector, Interactive Board, and Audio/Video system.

Laboratories

Spacious full-fledged labs are functioning under the various departments. The laboratory has microwave test benches fully Equipped with modern equipment for conducting basic experiments.

Library

The completely computerized learning Resources Center of the institute has an excellent collection of more than 40000 books of renowned Authors from all over the world. Each Block has its individual library to give a comfortable environment to students.

Accommodation

The campus hostel is surrounded by lush green lawns and play-fields. Hygienic and quality food prepared by professionally qualified cooks is provided to the students in the hostel mess. A resident warden (a faculty) looks after the day to day issues of the hostel.

Sports

Well-laid play-fields and facilities for indoor & outdoor sports include Badminton, Cricket, Football, and a number of other activities. Student teams organize themselves and compete with each other to set new records against one another.
