Doon Valley Group of Institutes is operated under the Doon Valley Trust created for the charitable purpose of imparting quality education to the young children of the country.

The first steps your child takes into education are the most important and housed in our homely Kindergarten building, our youngsters enjoy a warm and playful atmosphere in which they are able to learn and develop the skills they need for the future. In addition, specialist teachers provide swimming, music and French etc.
At this stage, formal teaching of academic subjects such as English, Hindi, Maths, Social Studies, General Science and EVS is introduced. Stress is balanced and harmonious development is provided based on a judicious mix of academics, creative art, physical education, yoga, educational tours, excursions, and outings.
Here at Doon Valley Scottish School, we believe that kids today need to be prepared to compete on a global level. To ensure this, we are offering various Foreign Languages as well. Admissions in Doon Valley Scottish School
Without distinctions of caste, creed, color or religion, admission at Doon Valley Scottish School is open to all communities.
Our Admission Procedure
• Registration is open for Class Pre Nursery-to VI
• The completed Application Form may be deposited with the Admissions Office, accompanied by a payment of Rs 5,000/- as Registration Fee.
• This fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee admission.
• The written assessment is a general one covering English, Mathematics, Science, and Hindi.
• Questions will be based on the syllabus of the class that the child is currently in (for example, a child applying for admission to Class VI will be assessed on the syllabus of Class V).
• After the written assessment, there will be an interaction of the parents and child with the Principal and the Admissions Committee.
The following documents (original and photocopy) must be submitted at the time of evaluation:
• Registration Card (which will be issued to you once you register with the School).
• Birth Certificate, attested.
• Individual passport size photographs (3) of the pupil and the parents.
A Letter of Admission will be issued thereafter to selected candidates. For all documentation and submission of Fee, you are advised to read the Prospectus. Admission to our school would be on behalf of the eligibility criteria.
Transportation facilities are available for students residing in the city. Drivers and conductors have sole responsibility for their respective routes and they are passionately committed to ensuring the safety of the children entrusted to their care.
A well equipped medical wing is located inside the premises, staffed by trained nurses. An ambulance fitted with oxygen is stationed in the school which, in case of an emergency, can quickly transport the patient to very good hospitals nearby.
We have a well-equipped library and reading room. The library consists of 5000 books catering to the needs of the students and the staff. Every week a separate period has been allotted for the all the classes to develop the reading habit among the students.
E-learning ensures flexibility and efficacy whereas face to face learning environment provides the social interaction which is otherwise known as on line and traditional instruction or blended learning. E-teaching technology improves students learning where faculty members associated with e-learning methods can teach more effectively.
Sports and Games
Physical Education forms an integral part of the school curriculum. It puts the child firmly on the track of physical and mental growth.. Training in indoor and outdoor sports is in the hands of highly qualified coaches, known for their professionalism. Swimming, Billiards Gymnasium, Cricket, Hockey, Football, Athletics, Horse riding, Taekwondo Etc.
